Guarantee
Brocksbushes reserves the right to substitute any items and guarantees that any such items will be of equal or greater value.

Prices
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.
Payment
All payments must be made in full before any item is despatched. Brocksbushes Limited reserves the right to refuse any order prior to the payment transaction being completed. Payment may be made by debit/credit card on-line, by fax or telephone or by sending a cheque made payable to Brocksbushes Limited to the address at the bottom of this page. Brocksbushes accepts Visa, Access, Switch, Amex and MasterCard.
Restrictions
Orders are not accepted from persons under the age of 18 years old. By placing an order you make representations that you are over such age. Where you place an order and are under that age you are in breach of contract and may also be in breach of the law. The holder of the credit or debit card will be fully liable for all sums so charged.
Delivery
Click here for information on Badger's delivery service. Please note that Brocksbushes cannot accept responsibility for deliveries which are refused by the recipient, or where the carrier is unable to effect delivery due to incorrect addressing. Please make sure you include the postcode on all delivery addresses. Claims
Brocksbushes will replace or refund the price of faulty goods or damaged goods in transit provided that within 10 days of receipt of the goods you notify Brocksbushes that the goods are faulty or damaged and indicate whether the goods are to be replaced or price refunded and if reasonably practical, you return the goods, together with the packing slip, to Brocksbushes by recorded delivery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this condition.

Choice of Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. By using this site you irrevocably agree that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise out of, under, or in connection with the use of this site and the purchase of goods from Brocksbushes, and to submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
