Within our Courtyard Kitchen, we have a brand new Function Room which can accommodate up to 60 people.

Function Room FAQs

How many people can the Function Room accommodate?

The Function Room at Brocksbushes can accommodate up to 60 guests seated, and up to 120 guests standing.

Can I bring my own food and drinks if hiring the Function Room?

No, only food and drinks purchased from the Courtyard Kitchen can be consumed during your function.

What can the Function Room be used for?

We can host many different events in the function room at Brocksbushes, including but not limited to, private dining functions, baby showers, birthday parties, informal wedding breakfasts or corporate meetings. In the past we have hosted networking events, presentations and conferences.

What happens if we need to cancel or re-arrange our Function Room Booking?

We require at least 7 days notice for cancellations or changes. If you wish to cancel your booking, your deposit is non-refundable. If you would like to re-arrange to a different date, we will do our best to accommodate this, subject to availability.

Is the Brocksbushes Function Room accessible?

Yes, there is level access throughout the entire building. Free accessible parking spaces can be found to the right of the main entrance. Should you have any additional access needs, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss it in detail. Alternatively, you can view our accessibility guide here.

Can I view the Function Room before booking?

Yes, absolutely, viewings of the Function Room are available subject to availability. We recommend calling in advance to ensure you will be able to view on your chosen date and time.

Can you cater for dietary requirements on the Function Room?

Yes, in the Courtyard Kitchen we have wheat free, plant based and vegetarian dining options. However, as we are not an allergen-free environment, we cannot guarantee gluten free or dairy free status.

How do I book the Function Room?

Simply complete the enquiry form above and one of the team will be in touch.

Is a deposit required to secure a booking in the Function Room?

Yes, we take a room hire charge as a deposit at the time of booking. If you are purchasing food & drink as part of your function, the room hire charge will be taken off your final bill.

Is there any equipment available to use in the Function Room?

Yes, we have a projector & screen, flip chart and sound system in the Function Room. Please let us know if you would like use of any or all of these.
