The Kid’s Fun Zone is back for Summer 2023!
Open every day from Friday 21st July to Sunday 20th August. Friday 21st July is a toddler-only day, aimed at ages 2-5.
Unlimited rides, inflatables, mini golf and garden games for just £9.99 per child (aimed at ages 2-10) and £1 per adult. Prices have been frozen from last year to give you a great value family experience!
There are three sessions per day, sessions last for 2 hours and children get unlimited use of the activities during that time. Face painting and game stalls are also available on a pay as you go basis.
Fun Zone Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Does my booking include PYO Fruit?
A: No – this must be booked separately via the Pick Your Own page on our website.
Q: My child is under 2 – can they still attend?
A: Yes! If they are too small to take part, you don’t need a booking for them. If they are confidently walking then there will be some activities they can do, in which case, book a child’s place for them.
Q: What do I do if I can’t find my confirmation email.
A: Please bring proof of ticket purchase and give your party booking name to front of house and they will be able to find your booking manually on the system.
Q: How long does each session last.
A: Each session last 2hours. We advise arriving 15 minutes before your time slot to maximise your time inside.
Q: Are there toilets on site.
A: Yes mobile portaloo toilets are onsite and are located near to the exit of the Kids Fun Zone area.
Q: Do you accept card and cash
A: Cash and card payments are accepted in the Fun Zone. Face painting is cash only.
Q: Will the event/session be cancelled due to the weather?
A: The event/ sessions will only be cancelled if it is deemed a risk to the safety of staff and the public. We will notify everyone as soon as possible if this is the case. If you have not heard from us, please assume your session is going ahead – if it is just intermittent showers the Fun Zone will stay open.
Q: Can it get wet and muddy
A: Yes as the area is not under cover. It is advised to bring a change of clothes and waterproofs in case of bad weather.
Q: Is there food and drink on site:
A: Food, hot and cold drinks can be purchased from the Takeaway and the Tea Room, no booking required.
Q: Where do I park.
A: Lots of free parking is available on site.
Q: What do I need to bring with me.
A: The only essentials are yourselves and your entry ticket. We suggest that your child wears socks when attending. Other things might include a picnic blanket or chairs to sit on (we do have some seating but it is limited).
Q: Do I have to escort my child between rides? Or can I sit back and relax.
A: We recommend that you accompany and supervise your child at all times, and ensure they adhere to the safety rules.
Q: Do I have to pay for anything extra?
A: Only for the game stalls and face painting if you wish to. Game stalls start from £3.50.
Q: Are event days cancelled due to bad weather:
A: The management only cancels in the event of weather warnings or extreme weather which is a breach of our health and safety protocols. The safety of the customers, the public and our staff is paramount to our operations. If an event day is cancelled you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Q: What should I do if I can’t make my chosen session?
A: If you are no longer able to attend your session, you are able to change the date of your booking as long as it is at least 12 hours in advance of your original timeslot. We cannot change your booking after your original booking time. You can change your booking by logging on to the booking system with the account details you created, or by contacting the Brocksbushes team on support@brocksbushes.co.uk Refunds are not offered unless you have proof of mitigating circumstances.
Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: Dogs are allowed in the Kids Fun Zone if they are well behaved and are on a lead. Please note they are not allowed in the Farm Shop, Tea Room or Pick Your Own fields.
