HOW TO SIGN UP

It is free to join! Simply complete a form when visiting and a member of staff will be happy to issue you with a card straight away. You can then use your card to collect points throughout the year.

We will also add you to our mailing list and keep you up to date with news, exclusive monthly offers and anything else exciting that is happening at Brocksbushes.

Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions
  • The card is issued by and remains the property of Brocksbushes Limited (‘Brocksbushes’) who reserve the right to decline, withdraw or alter the terms of the card at any time.
  • The card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person to whom the card was issued.
  • To earn points or benefit from loyalty offers, the loyalty card or number must be presented at the time of the transaction. Points and benefits cannot be obtained retrospectively. Points will be added to your account for each and every whole pound that you spend.
  • Points will not be earned on online purchases or event booking fees, nor can they be redeemed for these purchases. Points are earned on in-store spending only.
  • Redemption value of points is one point equates to one penny. Brocksbushes reserves the right to vary this rate at any time.
  • To redeem points you must present your card at the time of payment. Points can only be redeemed against purchases at Brocksbushes in person.
  • You may redeem some or all of the points in your account against your bill. If you do not redeem sufficient points to cover the entire value of the bill then you will need to settle the balance with another form of payment e.g. cash, debit card, credit card or valid Brocksbushes gift vouchers.
  • Loyalty points will not be awarded or earned on parts of a transaction that is paid for with loyalty points.
  • Should you lose or break your card you must inform Brocksbushes at the earliest opportunity by email – support@brocksbushes.co.uk – using the email registered with your account – quoting your full name and postal address. Upon receipt of this notice we will issue a new card to the address held on file and your old card will be cancelled and any valid balance transferred.
  • Brocksbushes shall not be liable for missed points after losing or breaking a card and that are redeemed between the time the card is lost or broken and you receiving your replacement card.
  • We take your privacy very seriously and will only store and use information about you, including this email address, for the purposes of keeping you up to date with Brocksbushes products, events and general information. We will not share your information with any third parties and you will have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at any time.
