Our farm-grown fruit, plus the delicious food we make here in our Farm Kitchen, make up part of our extensive range of delicious homemade produce available in our Farm Shop.

We also work with a variety of local suppliers to fill the Farm Shop with the best quality, locally-sourced, artisan produce. Discover pantry essentials such as pasta from Northern Pasta Co, delicious chutneys from Northumbrian Pantry, cheeses from Northumberland Cheese Company and Honey from Northumbria Honey.

The Butchery

We’re proud to have our very own Butchery on-site. Our head Butcher, Gary, sources local meat from the North of England. With the help of his team, they create a variety of seasonal cuts and dishes, from amazing steaks, to spiced chicken and seasoned sausages, including our newest addition, Brocksbushes Bad Boy Sausages made with Magpie Chilli Crisp!

The meat that Gary and his team source is also used in the dishes available in our Courtyard Kitchen and our ready-made meals, pastries and pies available in our Farm Shop, so it really is the backbone of our business.

Our butchers are on-hand for any questions, queries or special requests you may have.
