📍 Brocksbushes Farm Shop

We're located directly off the A69 at Styford Roundabout, making us easily accessible from across the North East and Cumbria.

Visitors travelling from Newcastle, Gateshead and Sunderland can simply follow the A69 westbound, while those travelling from Consett and the wider County Durham area can use the A68, one of the main routes linking Durham and Northumberland, which connects directly to the A69 at Styford Roundabout, right beside Brocksbushes. Visitors travelling from Cumbria and Carlisle can follow the A69 eastbound directly to Styford Roundabout.

We're easily reached from:

🎃 Newcastle (approximately 20-25 minutes)
🎃 Hexham (approximately 10 minutes)
🎃 Gateshead and Sunderland
🎃 Consett and the wider County Durham area
🎃 Carlisle and wider Cumbria area
🎃 The wider Northumberland area

One of the benefits of visiting Brocksbushes is our large, free on-site car park, giving you easy access to the Pumpkin Experience, Farm Shop and Food Village.

By Train

Travelling by train? The Tyne Valley railway line runs between Newcastle and Carlisle, with nearby stations including:

🎃 Stocksfield
🎃 Riding Mill
🎃 Corbridge
🎃 Hexham

From any of these stations, a short taxi journey will bring you directly to Brocksbushes.

This can be a great option if you'd like to leave the car at home and enjoy a relaxed day out.

By Bus

There are regular bus services operating along the A69 corridor between Newcastle, Prudhoe, Corbridge and Hexham.

If you're travelling by bus, the Styford stop is the nearest stop to Brocksbushes. From there, passengers can access Brocksbushes via the tunnel beneath the A69.

Please note that the tunnel is shared by both pedestrians and vehicles accessing the site. We recommend using the torch on your mobile phone, particularly on darker autumn evenings, as the tunnel can be narrow and lighting levels may vary.

Once through the tunnel, it's just a short walk into Brocksbushes and the Pumpkin Experience.

If you're arriving by train or staying locally, taxis are a convenient way to reach the Pumpkin Experience.
