OFF-PEAK (weekdays during term time):
09:30am - 11:30am
12:00pm - 2:30pm
3:30pm - 5:30pm (NEW LATER TIME)
ON-PEAK (Weekends & school holidays):
09:30am - 11:30am
12:00pm - 2:00pm

Play Barn Off-Peak Annual Pass FAQs
How much is the off-peak annual pass?
It is £29.95 per bigger brocks, £9.95 per baby brocks and gives you free entry at off
peak times (term time weekdays), and 10% off entry at peak times.
You must still book a timeslot via our website for every visit as normal.
Do I still need to book?
Yes, you must book online while logged in to your membership account.
Can we just walk-in?
No, all annual pass visits must be booked online, and all passes must be bought online.
On the occasion we have space for a time-slot for a walk-in at the current time you will need to book your slot before entering the Play Barn (using our free WIFI).
We always encourage people to book in advance anyway to avoid disappointment!
Please note: you may be turned away if you haven't booked in advance as per the Terms and conditions.
Can we buy the annual pass at the Play Barn?
No, all passes must be booked online as you will need to create a log in.
If you have any questions or need assistance then please ask a member of our team.
How many children does one pass cover?
One, each child needs a valid annual pass. If the booker wants to bring extra children, you can also book full price normal tickets at the same time as booking their timeslots.
Is it an automatic renewal?
You will be prompted to renew their membership when it is coming up for renewal. You can choose to renew and pay again, or to not renew, but we do not take automatic payment.
I am trying to book my free tickets but it is trying to charge me, why?
You are probably not logged in to their account, you must be logged into the account that the membership is attached to in order to see the free membership ticket options. These options do not show to everyone only members.
I want to gift a membership, how do I do this?
The best option is to buy a Digitickets gift voucher, then allow the recipient (parent) to purchase the annual pass with the gift voucher, then they have the log in details for the membership account. If there are any difficulties, please contact our office team.
